Dr. Nor Azila Mohd Noor,

Nor Azila Mohd Noor is Professor of Marketing at Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business, University Utara Malaysia (UUM) and International Consultant of Center for Service Quality Enhancement (CSQE). Professionally, she is an active member of Malaysian Institute of Marketing and Malaysian Consumer and Family Economics Association. She actively involved in research projects in the area of consumer behavior, customer relationship marketing (CRM), green marketing, relationship marketing and service marketing. During her tenure at UUM, Nor Azila has held various administrative positions. She has also successfully supervised many PhD, DBA and master's students. She is frequently invited to examine doctoral theses/dissertations of students of local and foreign universities. To date, she has completed more than 20 research projects sponsored by the Malaysia Ministry of Higher Education and University Utara Malaysia, published more than 50 articles in both local and international journals, and more than 70 articles in conference proceedings. She has also authored/co-authored books and monographs. She is occasionally invited to review manuscripts for a number of journals such as Jurnal Pengurusan, International Journal of business and Society, International Journal of Management Studies, and Asian Academy of Management Journal. Nor Azila served on the editorial board of International Asia Pacific Journal of Social Science, Malaysian Management Journal, Journal of Business Management and Accounting, and The Pertanika Journal of Scholarly Research Reviews. She also involved in many consultancy projects and training sponsored by Malaysian government and university.
