With diverse backgrounds, leading in various roles, Salman Elahi has experience from various industries. Graduating from North South University, specializing in Strategic Marketing and Branding, he has built his career in Business Development, Project Management, Strategic Marketing, and Branding Operations.

In his first role, Elahi left his mark in the institution for Planet SR, the 3rd largest shopping mall in the country, as Digital Strategy and Marketing Lead, where he was exposed to work in various areas including project management, retail fashion, marketing projects, and handling various vendors from diverse industries (both mechanical and electronic). He then joined one of the leading FinTech giants, NEXT Ventures, as Trading and Community Management Executive, managing over 2.6 million clients and overseeing day-to-day engagement operations and executions. Then he joined Career Launcher, the leading student consultancy firm in Asia, as Country Head of Branding and Marketing Operations.

Elahi brings his leadership capabilities and strategic management with critical reasoning to the Center for Service Quality and Enhancement (CSQE). With an aim to leverage his experiences, Elahi envisions working for the community, delivering high-quality and impactful results, aligning with the goal of the organization.
