My experience with CSQE has been both rewarding and challenging. I have had the opportunity to assume responsibility for significant initiatives from the ground up, from leading the development of the entire Service Quality Index (SQI) website to currently coordinating its operations. I have developed in both technical and operational areas as a result of my direct collaboration with the web development team and the CEO. CSQE has provided me with an opportunity to leverage my abilities, take charge, and make a meaningful contribution.
