In 2012, Professor Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz envisioned a transformative shift in the landscape of service quality. Driven by a deep passion for excellence and a relentless commitment to redefining customer experience, he laid the foundation for what would become the Center for Service Quality Enhancement (CSQE).
From the outset, Professor Dr. Aziz dedicated himself entirely to advancing the concept of service quality. Recognizing that service excellence is fundamental to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty, he embarked on a journey of extensive research, consultation with industry leaders, and market experimentation to shape a new standard in service delivery.
Over the next six years, Dr. Aziz developed enhanced frameworks, methodologies, tools, and practical models. These formative years saw the evolution of CSQE from a vision into a structured, impactful organization. His work culminated in the creation of original tools that addressed the real-world challenges of service delivery across diverse industries.
In 2018, after years of dedicated research and development, Professor Dr. Aziz secured a landmark achievement: the copyright of the Service Quality Index (SQI) in Bangladesh. This groundbreaking intellectual property provided a quantifiable and evidence-based approach to measuring and improving service quality—offering organizations a clear framework to assess and elevate their service performance.
The SQI copyright not only validated the originality and effectiveness of CSQE’s approach but also positioned the organization as a pioneer in service quality enhancement. It became the foundation upon which CSQE expanded its impact, enabling organizations to implement structured improvements that led to measurable gains in customer satisfaction.
With the SQI as a cornerstone, CSQE swiftly established a strong presence in the market. The organization delivered customized service improvement tools and programs across a wide range of sectors.
